Product description:

The most commonly used Rosemary Essential Oil comes from Spain and is steam-distilled from the whole herb. Known to stimulate skin cell renewal, it is believed to improve dry or mature skin, ease lines and wrinkles, and heal burns and wounds. Traditionally it is believed to help clear acne, blemishes, and dull dry skin by fighting bacteria while normalizing sebaceous secretions. Rosemary improves circulation and can reduce the appearance of broken blood capillaries and varicose veins.

It also helps overcome mental fatigue and sluggishness by stimulating and strengthening the entire nervous system. Rosemary Essential Oil improves mental clarity while aiding alertness and concentration. It is great for stressful conditions and helps you see things from a clearer perspective.

Because it grows in proximity to the sea, its name means dew of the sea. An amazing therapeutic oil that is versatile in its uses, and has a strong herbaceous, camphoraceous scent. Three words would sum up its properties: Invigorating, Refreshing, Stimulating.

Quick and easy recipes:

Diluted in a carrier oil such as Sweet Almond and massaged on the abdomen, it helps with digestive problems, and on the chest with colds.

It is used to relieve a headache when rubbed on the temples, and when applied to the sunburned skin it eases some of the pain.

To stimulate and warm sore muscles, especially before or after playing sports, mix Rosemary Essential Oil with Black Pepper and Vetiver in a Carrier Oil and massage it into the relevant areas.

Though a favorite flower of bees, when applied to baseboards, it repels insects - especially spiders!

Blend Rosemary Essential Oil with Grapeseed Oil and Olive Oil to make a nourishing scalp massage blend.

Safety first:

Rosemary Essential Oil is non-toxic, non-irritating and non-sensitizing, so is safe for all skin types. Avoid Rosemary if you suffer from epilepsy, as its high camphor content could cause seizures. Use well diluted. For topical application, a skin test is recommended prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes. If pregnant or on medication, consult a health-care practitioner before using.
