RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

NO satisfaction

  • You have 30 calendar days counted from the date of delivery, to request the change of your product for non-satisfaction.
  • The product must be returned in the same conditions in which you received it, that is, in perfect aesthetic and functional conditions, unused, with its original packaging and / or packaging, accessories and manuals.
  • After we validate the status of the product, approval or refusal of the change will be issued.
  • If the change request is not made directly in our stores, if necessary, photographs of the condition of the packaging and the product will be requested by the remote change validation staff.
  • In case your purchase has included a combo or marriage, and you want to return any of the items remember that you must return all the products to authorize your exchange.
  • Definition "combo" or "marriage": Two or more products with promotional price tied on the invoice.

Changes due to technical failure, manufacturing or design

  • You have 30 calendar days counted from the date of delivery, to request the change of your product due to technical failure, manufacture or design.
  • Products with technical failure will be validated to generate change.
  • In some cases, a technical visit will be scheduled for the validation of the fault directly at the place where the product is installed.
  • If your purchase was a combo or marriage, and one of your products fails you only have to return the product with the functional novelty.
  • Definition "combo": Two or more products that have a single code on the invoice.
  • Definition "marriage": Two or more products that when purchased together have a discount or promotional price. There are two or more codes on the invoice.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Then, contact your bank. Processing time is often necessary before a refund can be reflected.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only normally priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.

Changes (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the person who made the gift decided to have the order shipped to you and then given to you, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary. If you ship an item over $75, it is recommended to use a tracking shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the return of your item.
